MATERIALS- (Class includes a valuable 400 page notebook with input from two of the contributors to the PMBOK, hundreds of practice questions, flash cards, summaries, test tricks, etc. - always UPDATED with the very latest info!) Knowing the PMBOK is not enough! TeachPath has done the research for you and included the information that is NOT in the PMBOK but IS on the exam!

INSTRUCTOR - This is face-to-face in-classroom training! Research shows that face-to-face training is by far the most effective for this type of test! (It's the most fun, too.) This is the official "Shirley Hinton / TeachPath Class" that your colleagues have been recommending for over 15 years! Shirley has a 98%+ first-time passing rate and is listed in the PMBOK (and other PMI standards) as a contributor and reviewer! She has been teaching PMP prep full time for 15 years. She has earned many certifications - both project management and agile/scrum related, and is a popular speaker at project management conventions. She is a leading authority on PMP exam prep and is well-known for teaching attendees how to memorize 6 earned value formulas in under 6 minutes, and much more! (Her email is pmp@teachpath.com .)

THE TEACHPATH DIFFERENCE TeachPath cares about you passing the FIRST time! We do NOT use part-time PMI® instructors, contractors, or volunteers as in other training companies! You’ll recognize the difference!! And TeachPath is a PMI® Global Registered Education Provider! Our materials stay updated to reflect the constantly changing exam content. Notebook includes input from two of the contributors to the PMBOK. Instructor remains available to answer questions, even after the class is over.
Do not be tricked by fake guarantees with short time limits and all sorts of fine print requiring you to jump through a lot of hoops.
Wouldn’t you rather pass the first time? (PMI makes you wait 12 months if you don’t pass the third time! )
This is a VERY difficult exam - but very do-able as long as it's taught in the right way, by the right person, with the right materials (NOT just an off-the-shelf book!). We frequently have attendees who say they wasted time and money taking other training, didn't pass, and then take our class. They say there's a big difference and that they see why WE have a high passing rate when others don't.

Shirley's recommendations:

1. Take the class first. (We will give you a spreadsheet and examples, making it easier to fill out the PMI application for the exam.) Don't read or study in advance. We want to make it easier!

2. Submit your application to PMI when the class is over. (While you are waiting for them to reply, you can be doing practice questions from the notebook.)

3. Then pay PMI for the exam and schedule it on the Prometric website (they are open 6 days a week and you can choose the day and time).

(Note: For the CAPM, the class alone is enough to qualify for that exam, so don't worry if you're not sure if your experience will count, but most people DO find they have enough experience.)
