Understand all 4 layers of DA (Disciplined Agile) toolkit: Foundation, Disciplined DevOps (including DAD, security, data mgmt., release mgmt., support, IT operations), Value Stream, and DAA Enterprise. Understand and apply valuable DA principles, including the PDSA cycle, to real life situations. Understand the various process goals, decision points, and options on DA process blades (not only the DAD subset). Understand Emotional Intelligence and how to coach, lead, and “grow” your team and handle conflict. Learn how to choose and use additional valuable tools from scrum, lean, Kanban, and other popular agile frameworks in a way that makes sense and maximizes business value. Understand user stories, Definition of Done, estimating techniques (story pointing), prioritization techniques, and more.
PMI® prerequisites: 2 years of exposure to agile and understanding the fundamentals of the DA toolkit.
DASM® course is recommended first, but not required. Courses may be taken back-to-back. (DASM® certification is NOT required.)
